CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact the office staff directly if you need to cancel your reservation, via email, phone, or in person.
- Standard Nightly Reservations (excluding Holiday weekends) may be cancelled 30 days or more before arrival - receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee.
- All fees are retained if you fail to arrive and do not inform the park of a cancellation prior to the 30 day cancellation window.
- Book 30 days or less before arrival – requires 100% payment at time of booking
No refunds or credit for no-shows, same-day cancellations, early departures, special events, or holiday weekends that are booked in advance. No-shows may not transfer any credit or reservation dates. Weekly, Monthly or Yearly will not receive any type of refund for early departure.
