CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact the office staff directly if you need to cancel your reservation, via email, phone, or in person.
All cancellations require a $25.00 fee.
- If you cancel 14 days or more before arrival, the remaining deposit will be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the remaining deposit will be credited to a CampCredit transferable once to a future stay within one year.
No refunds or credit for no-shows, same-day cancellations, early departures, special events, or holiday weekends. No-shows may not transfer any credit or reservation dates.
